The Executive Council forms the core leadership of The Ishara Archives, guiding the publication’s creative direction, editorial vision, and long-term strategy. Led by our Founder and President Deetya, the Council makes all final decisions regarding content, outreach, and partnerships. They are responsible for ensuring that each piece aligns with Ishara’s mission of thoughtful curation and meaningful storytelling.

Anushri Srivastava→ Content Writing Manager

The Content Team handles all submissions that shape the written and visual voice of The Ishara Archives. Led by our Written and Visual Content Managers, the team reviews, filters, and refines submitted pieces in close collaboration with contributors. With a focus on quality, consistency, and artistic intent, they work alongside the Executive Council to ensure every piece meets the standards of the archive.

The Content Visuals team oversees the visual storytelling of the archive, managing all submissions related to art, design, and photography. Led by the Visual Content Manager, the team evaluates visual pieces, coordinates edits with contributors, and upholds the visual identity of The Ishara Archives.

The Technical Team manages the platforms that power The Ishara Archives, including Notion and Substack. Led by the Technical Manager, they handle all uploads, formatting, and organizational systems. The team ensures a seamless and accessible archive experience for both contributors and readers.

The Social Media team serves as the digital voice of The Ishara Archives, sharing curated content across platforms in an engaging and impactful way. Led by the Social Media Manager and supported by a team of three designers, the team handles the planning, creation, and publishing of posts.

Brielle Silveira → Outreach Manager

Caramel Macchiatos in one hand and murder podcasts in the other — Brielle basically lives like Sherlock Holmes, if he were stuck in Indian traffic.

The Outreach Team is responsible for external communications and community building. They are ]in charge of engagement with like-minded platforms and collectives—via Instagram, group chats, and forums—to expand the archive’s network and cultural footprint.
